What do you think of this 1974 nickle

Hey,
I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on this 1974 nickle. I know a little about errors and what not, but this one is pretty unique if I say so myself... I was kind of wondering roughly the appraisal properties of it, ( price, official name identification, rarity, ext.).
