Well, at least I think this one is really an ancient and not something that merely looks like an ancient.
I see a standing figure with a (garland? cornucopia?) over his/her left shoulder. A deity or personification, maybe. Or pareidolia ...
Then again, by rotating the image 45°, I can imagine I see an arched bridge. At first I imagined it to be the wolf suckling Romulus & Remus on those Constantinian-era commemoratives, but ... no. Or one of those reclining river gods. But... I think not. *shrug*
I see a female deity in long garment, stg. frontal, looking l., resting with raised l. hand on long staff (sceptre?) and holding in extended r. hand unknown object. Jochen
