What do you choose? 1909IHC or 1909VDB Lincoln Cents?

I currently own these two coins. A 1909 IHC and a 1909VDB Lincoln cent.
What coin do you like the best? Which one holds a greater value?
Thanks for viewing and hopefully, commenting. :)

The 1909 VDB has a better story surrounding it. Oddly enough, however, I like the 1909-S Indian better than I like the 1909-S-VDB.

I'm more inclined to the IHC than to Lincolns but that's just my preference. The 09 VDB does indeed carry more of a historical significance but again, I'd probably pick the IHC, value not withstanding

I’d take the IHC. I prefer that design to the Lincoln.

Hmm, last of an era or first... Since Lincoln cents have really just been "money" to me for my whole life, I pick the IHC. Judging by the price guides it also has the greater value.

I love me some Abe Lincoln BUT I do like the non president obverse coins. BUT the 09 looks more better BUT better value. It’s not about the Benjamin’s for me

I'm rooting for the native american if only for the sake of being politically correct (caps left off intentionally).....

Yes. I’m all in on that one. But both very special. If I had 10 of each. I think I’d want 10 1877’s

    I'll pick the IHC.

For me an easy decision, the value would not be a consideration. I’d pick the Indian Head. Personal preference that the older coins have more artistic appeal.

The IHC design is better than the Lincoln. At this time the Lincoln VDB has a bit more value. They both have great history behind them. The last IHC, the first Lincoln. I praise them both for excellence.

Of course I’m an Abe gal but I do like them both. Beautiful design on the IHD and both represent our America.

Does it? PCGS value guide shows AU50-MS63 range of $22-52 for 1909 VDB BN and $32-110 for 1909 IHC. NGC shows $16-45 for VDB and $35-85 for IHC. In MS65 the values flip but the IHCs were hoarded in MS. Mintage 14,368,470 for IHC and 27,995,000 for VDB.

I do have a 1900 IHC and I do not have a 1900 VDB. I like the IHC design more, but I don't see any S on the shown IHC.

IHC for me but in reality, I’ll take both of them.

Minted the same year, same Mint, same condition, same color, I kind of like them together like that. :)

I don't have a 1900 VDB either considering they were made in 1909...forgive an old guy for teasing you :)
