I have some coins that are labeled in my coin buy record books with a USC-9 as an example but I cannot find any info about this grading system doing a online search! An example is a 1907 Liberty Nickel that is labeled USC-9.
Ok, I don't know what happened, but 2 posts (replies) I did dissapeared from here. One was to say that I found an example coin. It was from Littleton Coin Company and was a Jefferson Nickel. A 1962 Proof with USC - 7 printed on the top left of the package it came in. My 2nd reply that dissapeared was saying that don't see how USC can mean UnSearched Coin, since I also mentioned that I have ones with USF and USA also.
Well, I made contact with Litttleton and they told me that this was their own way of classifying coins they sent out on approval. So had nothing to do with grading. So this discussion can be closed.
