This coin come back from NGC as Improperly Cleaned don't want to put on Ebay may be a big headache, suggestions???, Or if i did try to sell it what would be the proper way to sell it.
You may want to take better pictures before you put it on eBay. I would never bid on a coin with pictures that blurry...
It seems like many improperly cleaned graded coins sell fine on ebay. In my observation at least and definitely would need better photos for selling it...
