What country is this from?

HI everyone, this is my first time using this. I found this coin and can not identify what country it comes from. The image on the front is two olive branches around the number 5 with (I think) Arabic writing on the bottom. The reverse image is a tree with the year 1993 underneath. Sorry that the picture is not very clear.
