I have found a $1 with one of the printing stages in the wrong place. It isnt horribly out of place, but enough that I have kept it as I consider it to be an error note. I wanted to get a scan today, but didnt get around to it, but anyway the serial number on the lower left hand side is partially over the signature of the Treasurer. On the upper right hand side, the serial number goes into the leafsby the big 1. Is that enough to give this bill any premium. Thanks for input.
the short answer is yes, if the serial interacts with the signature, then yes, a premium could be added. However, depending on how much intereaction there is, would give a hint to a premium. If there is just a touch, the very little to no premium. If the serial is compeltely covering the signature, then a huge premium. a scan or photo would help better
