What coin is this?

    Can someone help me and tell me what this coin is? I thought it was some type of dime, but I can't find it anywhere. Wish I had taken a picture of the other side.

    Thank you so much for finding the coin.

    As a side, I purchased the 2010 Red Book - Professional Edition this year and was using that. From the Whitman description, you would think the Professional Edition has everything in the regular version. This is not the case as the Professional Edition has nothing on the Philippine coins (plus a lot of other information). Be aware when you are updating your Red Book.

    The edition I cited was the Official Red Book 63rd Edition for 2010 (Hard Cover)
