What coin is this?

Hello. I was going through my attic and found this coin. I think it's russian, but on the rim it says 1917-1967 and the rest is russian that I can't read.

Yes, it's Russian. To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Great October Revolution.

 

Wow, thanks for such a quick response. The picture was really small and I didn't even have the obverse. Is it worth anything?

 

I can't tell from the condition but it's not worth a lot even in UNC condition because they were struck in terms of millions. Unless you got some rare variety there, I would be doubtful.
