What causes these defects

Canada 1982 25 cents. Even though i have been reading up on the minting process, either i havn't got the right research data or i havn't understood some, but what causes this.
There is a line of what appear to be bubbles across the centre, patches of closely densed bubbles in parts of her hair and side of face which i can't capture clearly on camera. Left of Elizabeth 11 between a and b there is a an indentation, and to the right of her head is a large area indented between her eye and shoulder.

It's hard to tell. Could be post mint damage or even dried adhesive on the surface.

 

I'm seeing a strike thru.....struck thru what no idea other than a piece of lamination error, or medal in the coining chamber.ikd would like to see in hand to make further points.

 

Some of it looks like damage but I can't really see the coin in focus.

 

What does the other side of the coin look like?

 

I think that happened after it left the Mint.
