Anyone ever see a coin like this? Very strange collar here.... Ive seen some rough looking collars on a Morgan before, but nothing even remotely close to this. The anomaly, in question travels all the way around the coin, on both sides, but is more pronounced on the obverse. Any ideas?? To specify, the collar has these weird looking incuse lines all over it. Almost like someone filed it, but i would expect file marks to be straight and somewhat parallel. It's had the rim filed - probably to take some silver away, or possibly just damaged from some other source. Not an error.....sorry
