What caused this raised lump on my Trade $?

(Yes, it's a horrendously cleaned coin, so we'll move past that.)

This trade dollar has a raised lump/bump on Liberty's arm. What could have caused it? I can't see any movement to the surrounding area that would indicate PMD or tooling (what would be the point of that?), and a die chip would be my best guess, but that's not an area you would expect to find a die chip.

    What are your thoughts?

IMHO - Some kind of Die Break. It is strangely shaped but it's what I think it is.
