    No. It is a slightly misaligned die, or "MAD".

    Looks like a slight Mis-Aligned die strike on Obverse.

    Nice find. It's a misaligned die, as others have said. Usually there isn't any premium but this is a little more extreme than the usual MAD and may be worth a buck or 2. I would keep it if I found it in change
