Yes.. it is just damage. The bored person that created it would know why and how it is there.. not a Mint Error.
I didn't look at all of the photos but your Dime is definitely damaged. It may be a coin that was on the end of a machine wrapped roll and the damage was caused by the machine being set too tight.
