What kind of grade can I expect to get for a 1914 $5 note for $40? Sorry to ask about this particular note again, but I'm trying to get the best value for my money. Jarrid
it all depends on the day, the auction house, and how many bidders happen to be looking at it and also want it. Do a search of the completed auctions at Ebay or Heritage... find notes that sold for around $40 ... then you will have an idea of the grade you could expect.
