What are these

I don't really collect currency but these numbers look pretty neat

The first one is quite the serial number, seems at least semi-fancy! What's even better is the radar note below it.

The radar note is worth about $30-35, going off what they are selling for on eBay.

 

The 2nd one is definitely a keeper.

 

The first $20.00 is some Weird Similar # Bookend - 485 18 485
(It's some terminology I made up, you won't find it anywhere)

The second $20.00 is an obvious Fancy Serial Number as mentioned..
