What are these pennies worth?

I came across these pennies and I was wondering if they're unique at all and how much they're worth. The first looks like it was rotated slightly when it was struck, and it looks like there is slight doubling on the second penny's date. Thanks.

    Welcome to the forum Man.
I think your first cent may be a slightly off-center strike. "Rotated die" refers to a case where the orientation of the obverse and reverse is off.

I don't see what you are referring to on the second cent, but maybe the error experts will.

So are off-center strikes worth anything at all?

I regularly pick up Unc "red" Lincoln's that only 50% of the image is visible with no date for $1-$2. A visible date adds a little more to the value. That pretty much shows you what they're worth. The more dramatic the off-center the more the value. They are popular to collect but very common.
