So what are the steps and what are the price ranges? Can I send multiple notes? Do I have to join a membership?

    Any advice is welcomed

PMG is a subsidiary of NGC. Here is their web site: http://www.pmgnotes.com/

You have to have an NGC submission number, then request a PMG submission number (they send you the form when you get the NGC submission kit).

The best / least expensive way to join NGC is to join the American Numismatic Association (ANA) for a mere $28.

The cost to have individual bills graded / slabbed is listed on their web site; it all depends on the value of what you're submitting and a few other factors. Click on the "Services and Submission" link at the top, then "Services and Fees."
