What are the modern proof sets like? Need info on 2013 sets

I can't seem to find a proof set like the old ones that had every coin of the year in it. Is that because of all the new quarters and dollars? Did they do away with those sets?

A friend of mine wants to start collecting mint sets for every year starting with this year that he got married. He said he was thinking of doing proof quarters. I told him the full sets would be nicer, but I guess I only know old mint sets and I figured there would be one with every coin in it.
