Hi can someone please tell me what the errors are on these two coins (Jefferson Nickel and Lincoln Penny) and what they might be worth? Also any idea of year/ specific nickel? Thanks!

The nickel was most certainly taken to a grinder (or the like) and is not an error of any accepted kind; the reverse damage should also suggest as much. The cent is, unfortunately, also damaged and therefore worthy of no premium.
