My hunny surprized me saturday with 2 $25 boxes of pennies and $90 worth of halves!!! We've found almost every cent from 1958 on up but we're still missing a couple. The ones I am still looking for after about $120 worth is 1962 plain and 1982 copper small date. How come I cant find them?? I dont want to "buy" then, but what are our chances of finding what we need in circulation? In the batch of halves we found 1 silver kennedy, and a dozen good looking bicentennial's.
common cents!!! sounds like you found a pretty good variety of cents. I know the rolls i go through, just a couple rolls a week, generally have a fair amount of 82,s. I don't watch much for varieties on dates but I have found al least one of each. I would say keep pluging away till you find those last 2 you need. The 62 should pop up without to much trouble also.
