All others sold at $122.99, plus there was a recent change of the price, so I'm guessing there's a reason behind the additional 2 beyond fishing. Not everyone realizes they can (usually) get such rolls at a bank and are willing to pay for the privilege. Perhaps not the brightest of moves, but this fellow certainly isn't doing anything wrong or even questionable by offering them truthfully.
