I saw that too. Is PCGS the only ones calling them west waters? Nothing surprises me bout PCGS, anymore! So........
I would be wiling to bet that no matter who you are and/or where you are living, that if you were standing where you could see what is on that nickel, you would have gone west. I can only say they might have called it that because that is where it is!
