West Point MM also different on 2008W ASE'sfrom 2008/2007Rev.

Just got my 2008W ASE today and was comparing it to my 2008/2007W Rev and noticed that the West Point MM is different on the 2008w than the 07W in addition to the reported U in United, the A in America, the tilde and the stars in the field.


The 2007W has different crossbars than the 2008W and the letter itself seems to be much bolder on the 07W than the 08W.


The first 2 pictures are of the 2008/2007WRev West Point MM and the last 2 pictures are from the 2008/2008W Rev West Point MM.

It seems different to me.

The entire font is different on both of the coins.

So every letter should differ slightly one one compared to the other.

However some are noted more easily than others, such as with the U.
