Weird raised deformation on 1941 nickel

While there are many scratches on the obverse of this coin, there's a particular line on the face of the coin that stands out to me. It is raised, so I'm not sure whether to call it a scratch or not. Here's a picture:



Is it just a deformation of the coin or is it a scratch?

Any info is appreciated.
