Weird quarter

    I got this quarter from the soda machine at work today, its probably nothing since I couldn't find any info on a error like this but I thought I might ask anyway.
    Also sorry for the low quality photos, only have my phone for the photo.

    What is called PMD or Post Mint Dammage. Not a mint error, but keep looking.
