Just got my second one of these last night, not really sure if they're errors or just PMD.

It looks like the planchet had a circular scored section, almost like a hole punch (although they are one piece of solid metal). It seems like an error but I can't be sure. If it is an error, is there a specific name for it?

On the obverse of the cent, just by how the light is playing off it, I can tell there is a curved sunken area on the coin. In other words, it was done by someone after the mint, PMD
