Maby its some sort of double strike? If you got to www.minterrornews.com and go to price guids there are a bunch of different definitions for error coins.

Ran over by a truck? Could have been a mint truck delivering unrelated coins to the rolling company but it is not a mint error.
Ohhh, thank you. Sorry, when it comes to error coins and PMD I am new at them =). I did not realize that it was damage that occured after the coin was minted. And thank you for the source!
