Weird/Error? Odd Shape ? 2007-D Montana Quarter with big bump in the center

    Weird/Error? 2007-D Montana Quarter with big bump in the center. It weights 5.7gr. Doesn't look its been heated or has fire damage. Can you take a look and tell me what you think. Thank you for your time.

    Someone took an object, maybe a huge ball bearing and forced it somehow on the Obverse side to bend it that way.

    Not an error.
