couldve been face down in a folder for a long time, the back would be exposed and the obverse would be safe from harms way
probably just the opposite. I have seen many coins that were shiny on the obverse because the owner of the folder had cleaned them in the folder, not worrying about the reverse because it didn't show. Richard
