weird 1944 wheat penny

    what do ya'll think about it? front very shinny looks goldish yellow , back looks like a reg dirty ole wheatback

    possibly cleaned if the back is all dirty but the front is nice and shinny.

    couldve been face down in a folder for a long time, the back would be exposed and the obverse would be safe from harms way

    probably just the opposite. I have seen many coins that were shiny on the obverse because the owner of the folder had cleaned them in the folder, not worrying about the reverse because it didn't show.
