ebay, jewlery supply places, some hobby stores, gun reloading equipment places, science supply companies and lots more.
SHould be able to find a decent one for about $20 and up. I've got several and none are more than $20.

Yeah I got a great one off ebay. Small/compact and weighs in grains, grams and ounces amd is very accurate. Check them out. I paid maybe $50-$60 bucks for it and Iam happy with it.

A decent pocket scale runs around $30 on ebay. I've used mine a lot. Easy to calibrate each time you use it and came with 100 grams in weights to do it.
And it will accurately read known test weights down to 1 grain (0.064 grams). It couldn't read the 0.5 grain weight. But it's plenty good for my use. Very handy.

What I learned looking at scales is that an average scale that weighs in these very small amounts are not that expensive and not a big deal. But they only go up to 100 grams or so. That's 3.2 tr.oz.
If you want a scale that will accurately read down to 0.01 grams (or better) AND read heavier weights, (such as up to 1 lb.+), then they get expensive.

I'll be sure and refer back to this in case the one that I have purchased does not work out and ends up for auction. This will be my first scale to mess with for coins.
