Wear and tear or error on a 1980- ? Quarter

    Good afternoon everyone! Just want to get your opinion on this 1980 quarter, specifically on the bold line on the top of the letters LBRT on the word LIBERTY.
    By the way, is the mint mark a P or D? Thank you.

    You know what, belay my last. I appears that the 80s quarter have bold lines on top of the letters. Sorry.
