Weak fg on my cent

The fg is very weak and does that give it any additional value. And I figured I would put in pictures of both sides. Thanks.

It is probably the result of a grease-filled or an over-polished die and is worth 1c.

I would guess over-abraded die, as there were many clashes in 1983 that needed to be removed. 1969-D is the date to look for for no initials. I just sold a circulated example for about $7. Keep up the hunt!
