WCG coin grading company

Just wondering how you guys felt about their standards?

For a mere 50 dollars per coin, with a minumum of 10 coins, with a current turnaround time of 30 days you can have your coins graded by these guys. :rolling:

whats with the Halo affect around the letters and image .. cleaned ???

WCG looks like another home slabber to me ....

 

Considerably higher than SGS in some respects, but not others.

• Hits on cheek
• wear on hair
• wear on eagle's chest and wings and
• obvious cleaning

wouldn't knock an SGS grade below 69.

However, I'm not sure that even SGS would agree that Lack of luster is irrelevant to PL status.

If someone posted that picture on this site on a "grade opinion" thread, I would say VF-30.

But they try to sell it as MS-66 prooflike...
