So I got my 2009 silver proof set today. They look great! I was one of the lucky ones without spots on any of the coins! Then I realized that the 4 pennies were upside down in the holder, ie when they are faced up, the little US Mint logo in the middle is upside down. Anyone ever get one of those?
Must o' been the Friday/Monday crew that put your set together Petro. Be happy the coins are acceptable to you. It's never happened to me.....yet.
I can only hope to be so lucky when I order mine. Mine will be cracked out for the Dansco albums so upside down won't bother me at all.
My silver set arrived today. It was my first ever proof set and everything was absolutely perfect! I could not be happier!! I am going to continue to get Proofs, and I will work on getting back issues over time as well, I am hooked! I love them, and now I understand why they are so popular!
