Sometimes on Russian banknotes PS-1292 and PS-817 there are accidental watermarks. In civil war of 1917-1924 in Russia used a paper which was near at hand. Somebody can name the manufacturer of this paper or write where it is possible to look. I think, that it is a paper of Germany, Canada or USA. Thank you.
