I'm not a huge Washington Quarter fan, but bought this coin recently . . . I just seldom see coins of this date that I really like.

The last of the Silver Certificates. Y 124800000 A - was the very last number for the series. These notes are 151,337 from the last one printed.

I even have George Washington on a $50.00 CSA note from 1861. In great shape, graded by PMG as a 63 with exceptional paper quality in choice uncirculated condition. The back is totally blank, which is normal but the serial number is very special. It’s a Ladder Note with number 12345. Very nice that it starts with 1, is five digits and ends in 5.

Some sort of mis-print I think.

I think this may have been chemically treated. The ink for the third printing is different from the 1st and 2nd printing and has withstood the treatment. Anyway, that's my guess.
