Has anybody received one of these in change or gotten rolls from their banks yet? I keep calling my bank to get some and none of the banks around here have any.

I picked up a roll at the Wells Fargo in Denver. You could try calling the large banks in your area.
There were several coins in the roll which had "extra" material in a ridge near the peak and in the
salmon gill - perhaps a small die break ?

I just called 7 different banks and and finally found one that had them. I just hope the tellers know that I am looking for Quarters and not the Washington Dollar. It is amazing that the tellers at these banks have no clue what they have, don't have or might have!

You could try calling the nearest branch of the Federal Reserve. They may be able to help you out.

I just went through 30 rolls of quarter and found several examples of Washington State quarters from both the Philly and Denver mints.

The past State Quarters I have been getting from my local bank were quick. I am thinking the banks just hadn't ordered the new SQ's like the had been. Dunno.

These are just photographs of some interesting features which I noticed
on "D" washington Quarters from a single roll. Comments welcome!
