Okay i was going thru and photographing all my Washingtons, and I stumbled across this one, it has 2 small dots, that are starting too turn colors! what is it cause by? and is it possible too stop this affect? I just bought this two weeks ago in a proof set, and it didnt have them when i got them. and here is some different light
are these spots not caused by the 'wash' the mint gives to proof coins? Kind of like the milky spots on ASE's?
