I am trying to collect presidential dollars so I asked the bank for a roll of dollars and they gave me a roll of 2007 Washington dollars. Are they uncirculated if they are still in the $25 Washington dollar roll that says N.F.string & sons from the bank or are they just considered uncirculated if they come from the mint? I ask because a lot of them looked kind of scratched on the edges and 1 looks like it has a O D or D D or 0 0 that isn't really as deep as the other edge lettering but it's there when I look with magnification. I tried to take a picture but it didn't work. I wasn't sure if it is an error or normal. Thanks!

Uncirculated is the condition of the coin. If in the original NF String roll, they are more than likely uncirculated.
