I've gone through a couple of rolls, from different sources, and am not impressed with the quality. They seem excessively "baggy", compared to the Sacajawea dollars. The edges show a rough trail (from the lettering machine?), dings, and uneven quality in the lettering. Even the one unlettered coin I found has this rough streak around the edge. From the examples in my small sampling, it would seem that finding a MS-70 coin would be nearly impossible. How are the coins you are getting?

With the unlettered coin coin itself worth more than an ms 70 right now. I would say cash it and you can use the money to buy a ms 70 later. On a serious note though, I couldnt agree with you more after going through 6 rolls i still dont know hat washington's actual face on the coin looks like :D

Lets not forget that this is a modern coin not worth the metal it is made of. In my opinion it is more of a novelty then a valuable collectable. Having said that, know that I have searched several rolls and have found only a few that have very little contact marks. Finding ones that Washington faces doesn't look like he ran into Jack the Ripper are hard to find. Buying UNC sets from the mint might produce a better example, but I perfer not to pay premiums for this type of coin. Face value is as high as I care to go with these.

Silly SCNuss... if Abon Enterprises can find 'em, so can you! Better hurry though, they're goin' fast! Maybe they'll find more? ;)

What's great is that those are searches in U.S. dollars for "washington sgs 2007" and that's what is returned. They're not even bothering with MS69 at this point, heh.

Seems only SGS can find MS-70 Washington dollars, they are just lucky, I guess.

Oops, Heritage coin grading had one on eBay. Now I am sure they exist.;)

The same as far as the bag marks and scratches go. As far as the quality (or lack thereof) of the artistry and craftsmanship goes, I wouldn't expect that to improve anytime soon, either, on a schedule coming out with a new guy every three months (...you ask me, this is one ugly coin :headbang:).
