I purchased this coin a while back for $15. I like the look of the luster on the coin. Is there anyway to capture that on a scanner. I just picked up a cheap scanner (BOY ARE YOU GUYS LUCKY TODAY) and need some hints. I took a regular scan on the 1st set and then hit autofix for the second set. Same coin on both.
I would grade it at AU 50, MAYBE MS 60, but regardless, with a book value of 70.00$ for 15 Id say you didnt do too bad!
