Sorry i have been gone so long, found out I got the big "C" and doing Chemo. Doing better now. Anyway I packed up some Quilts that needed washing that my house washer couldn't handle (my Boss (wifeypoo) told me I couldn't use the washer), so I gathered up a fist full of quarters and headed to the Laundry mat.(I don't let my wife go to such places) Anyway dumping in the quilts and soap I started pumping quarters in the slot. HMMMM this one don't fit. Thinking it was bent or damaged I laid it aside and pumped more quarters in the slot. Then sat down to examine why the quarter wouldn't fit in the slot.I then saw an error. The quarter looked like an "OREO COOKIE" that you squished out the filling on one side. That filling in this case was copper core. I am sure it's common but I have not seen one in 50+ years of collecting. There is no damage just normal wear and tear from circulation. I am guessing a Collar error with the planchet not seated right. I ask you folks for your expert opinion. Thanks folks for doing what you do on here.
Now I understand your title.. washateria! My boss (wife) also liked the comment you made about your boss!
