Was there a volume 2 of Crawford's Lincoln Cent Varieties ?

I just received my Latest ebay purchase , a copy of " A detailed Analysis of Lincoln Cent Varieties, VOLUME 1" by Billy G. Crawford. 2003.

It includes cents to 2000. And I think it is a tremendous book, Photos are huge and includes varieties not in CPG.

before I start looking ( checked -not on Amazon) for a VOLUME 2, I should ask if anyone knows if such exists? or Does anyone have a volume for sale or trade? PM if yes.

Did you even try googling? First hit for the title of the book without the "volume 1" on it is this URL. http://www.dvnmagazine.com/Volume_II.html
