I recently purchased a bulk lot of Jefferson War Nickels for just under spot. As figured, there were a lot of P nickels (especially 1943). However, I was able to find at least some of each year/mm including four 1943D nickels.

I also found these three that stuck out.

1945P with Lamination Error on Reverse (is that the right term?)

Very nice and shiny 1943P coin. Could this be a proof? Or a Dipped/Cleaned coin? Opinions?

Nice multiple lamination error on the 1945-P.

No proof coins were struck from 1943 to 1949. It looks polished or buffed.
