My opinion is that it is a nice half dollar and accurately graded. The price isn't bad and is right around book value. You may be able to save some money if you wait for an auction of this same year and grade.
You're getting better, but I am not impressed and still think you can do better. If okay with a plentiful date, keep looking to find the best example for your budget.
