Looking for any uncirculated steel cents. I prefer raw as I am buying for some album sets, but slabbed will be fine too. What I'm looking for: 1943-P-D or S Steel cents in uncirculated condition. Looking for minimal to no spotting and luster. Please, no re-plates. For raw coins, I am paying $1-2.50 apiece, slabbed coins, I'll pay more depending on grades.
