I'm from danville virginia and my mother use to work in a convinent store and while working there she opened a new roll of quarters from the bank and she came across a quarter that was unfinished. It's copper on one side and silver on the other. It's a 2000 massachucetts quarter. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what its worth. Any help would be appreciated.
Does it look like this? http://www.fredweinberg.com/inventory/item.asp?ID=2369 If so, Its a missing clad layer (possibly - or it could have been altered) and may be a nice find. Can you post a pic?
