Hello Guys/Gals!! It's "Walking Liberty Wednesday" again! Post a coin of the gorgeous "Old Girl" will you please? If she was wearing boots instead of sandals, then her boots would be made for walking.
Here's my "same old, same old". ( I need more coins, Hint hint).

I don’t like holes but I’m not a variety collector so I don’t look for them to fill the holes.

Walking Halves were never issued or used back then in your area of Connecticut?
So they couldn't be lost :wacky:

I'd say the whole time detecting, I've been doing areas that pre-date the 1900's.

@Collecting Nut I love it. I spent a lot of time making paper shims to hold coins in the on folders. I hate holes too. I have a complete set but no photo of it. I do have a photo of my half dollar collection which is complete from well before 1900.

I put together a short set of raw Walkers (1941 - 1947) in a Dansco style album page. I have not had much luck taking a picture of it. Here is the last years of the collection with a couple of Photoshoped adjustments.
