Hey guys, I know this is a very common date, but this one looks very nice to me. What do you think it would grade?

Thanks for the feedback. Still relatively new to this, so trying to learn. Looking at photograde, I thought it may make MS. What keeps it from MS in your guys' opinions?

The coin actually looks better than the pictures. The light is giving it a strange rough look. I'll try and see if I can some better ones, but doubt it with my iPhone.

XF-45 but on a good day, AU-50.

 

Nut, I have a PCGS XF45 1938-D and this one looks a lot better, actually

 

I just see a number of small dings on both sides and a little rubbing on the coin. It's difficult to say with photos and the coins always look different in hand.
